Obtaining a Referral
Many health plans require a referral from a primary care physician before a specialist can see a new patient. It is the patient’s responsibility to provide referral information. Please bring all necessary paperwork with you to your initial appointment.

In this FREE three-hour informational class, we’ll show you what an actual joint implant looks like, play videos of patients who have had the procedure, and walk you through the equipment and supplies that are used during recovery.
